I’m writing this blog post, My Health Journey Reversing Type 2 Diabetes With Nutrition, to document my experience. In late 2022 I started posting content on my Facebook page about how I have been in the process of reversing a pre-diabetic (type 2 diabetes) diagnosis.

Several people reached out to me privately asking for more information about what I did to reverse my blood sugar level, reverse my diabetes, and lose weight in the process.

In this article, I’m documenting some of my Facebook posts related to health and nutrition to reverse type 2 diabetes. After the Facebook poste, I’ll provide the names of doctors I found online and links to some of their video and written content.

Thanksgiving Continued. I walked away from a scheduled surgery and chemo treatments 10 years ago and beat cancer with nutrition.
Four months ago I learned that what I thought were good eating habits created conditions for super high triglyceride levels and a diagnosis of prediabetes / type 2 diabetes.
My doctor prescribed two medications and downplayed the role nutrition has to heal and reverse diabetes. He told me that my condition was too severe to overcome by nutrition alone.
I decided to not take the medication and have been learning more about proper nutrition. I cancelled the follow-up appointment with my doctor because I didn’t want to pay him only to lecture me like I’m a stupid sheep.
Recent blood tests prove that nutrition has reversed the diabetes and the numbers are nearly at perfect levels without the drugs.
My biggest take-away from my recent nutrition learning journey is that many foods that are promoted as healthy are actually junk. The typical American diet is likely to cause diabetes in EVERYONE. The government approved food pyramid is a scam.
The relationship between the #medical community, the #pharmaceutical industry, and the big #foodindustry (and what they are promoting) is harmful. It is making and keeping everyone sick.

I Beat Cancer With Health & Nutrition

I hope the information in the blog post is helpful to you. Reversing diabetes is not the first time I used nutrition to reverse a medical condition.

I have been on a journey for over 10 years learning about how proper nutrition heals diseases and prevents sickness.

In 2010 I was diagnosed with melanoma skin cancer.  My doctor back then wanted to treat it after surgery with more surgery followed by chemotherapy.

The surgery was scheduled and I had two weeks to prepare.  In those two weeks, I learned so much about nutrition an the power to even reverse cancer, that I canceled the surgery two days prior to the scheduled date.

My doctor was shocked.

Three years later I was officially diagnosed cancer free.

I beat cancer with proper nutrition.
